Protect The Dolls T-Shirt, £75
This t-shirt has had a lot of celebrity appreciation recently, thanks largely to Pedro Pascal. (The actor has been spotted wearing the design on multiple occasions, including his 50th birthday celebrations back in April.) Created by London-based designer Connor Ives, the ‘Protect The Dolls’ t-shirt sees all proceeds go to Trans Lifeline, a trans-lead US-based charity that delivers life-saving services to the community.

A Day Without Lesbians Is Like A Day Without Sunshine Retro Pride Shirt, £24.99
This is a t-shirt with history. The slogan printed on the front dates back to 1979, when it was introduced at the San Francisco Gay Freedom Day parade in response to anti-LGBT views by political activist Anita Bryant. Bryant was known for appearing in commercials for the Florida Citrus Commission using the phrase ‘Breakfast Without Orange Juice Is Like A Day Without Sunshine’ – and so, the queer community went back to her with a new (and improved) rendition of her catchphrase. Rainbow & Co. promises that 10 percent of profits are donated to LGBTQ+ organisations each quarter.

You can wear your Pride like a badge of honour (quite literally) with this cotton tee from the Gay Pride Shop, which has been designed by a transgender artist from Manchester. This retailer is especially well-known for supporting small LGBTQ+ businesses, and donates 10 percent of its profits to three charities: the Albert Kennedy Trust, supporting young lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people who are homeless, living in a hostile environment or in a housing crisis; the George House Trust, providing HIV support and advice services; and Sparkle, the national transgender charity.

This limited-edition tee from British label Seasalt Cornwall was made to help support LGBTQ+ communities in Cornwall in beyond. It features a classic rainbow stripe in a sailor design and has been made using GOTS-certified organic cotton – but, most importantly, each sale will see 100 percent of profits go to LGBTQ+ charities.

Care Bears Love Is The Answer Pride Black T-Shirt, £24.99
‘What better way to celebrate pride than with the OG’s of caring and sharing?’ asks Truffle Shuffle, which kicked off its Pride collection with a string of tees printed with vintage storybook and TV characters. The Care Bears take centre stage in this design, with Tenderheart and Cheer Bear announcing that love is the answer. Fifty percent of profits from each t-shirt sold will be donated to Just Like Us, an LGBT+ young people’s charity.

Here, the slogan is printed in a retro font in bold, playful colours, spotlighting the call to action in style. Again, 10 percent of Rainbow & Co.’s profits go to LGBTQ+ organisations each quarter.

Moomins have always been synonymous with love, understanding and acceptance – so it makes sense to see them bounding about this Pride Month.
