In honour of Victoria Beckham's new Netflix documentary, here's a round-up of the couple's multi-million pound property portfolio

With the launch of Victoria Beckham’s new three-part Netflix documentary on 9 October, the Beckhams are officially back in business. Made by the same people behind her husband’s Emmy award-winning documentary Beckham, in this follow-up Posh is prepared to tell all about her struggle into the fashion world. Charting her evolution from school uniform re-styler to Spice Girl to established fashion designer, the new documentary follows her as she prepares for her most ambitious runway show yet at last year’s Parish Fashion Week.

From their humble beginnings (though Posh’s childhood Rolls Royce begs to differ) to pop star and sports icon, the power couple are now at the height of celeb royalty and have curated a property profile to match. But with so many estates, villas and mansions to their name, it can be hard to keep track. Here’s your ultimate round-up of all the properties they own and have once owned across their careers.

Where Do Posh & Becks Currently Live?

Holland Park Mansion

Having lived abroad for many years, the Beckhams finally returned home to the UK in 2014. Spending an estimated £4m renovating a Grade-II listed mansion in Holland Park, the couple allegedly submitted a total of 50 planning applications as part of the redevelopment. The project was originally given to designer Kelly Hoppen before shifting to Rose Uniacke to better reflect Victoria’s shift in personal style.

Cotswolds Estate

Of all the celebrities who have made the Cotswolds home, none are bigger advocates for the area than Posh and Becks. In 2016, the couple bought a £12m converted barn in the heart of the area. Featured in their headline-making Netflix documentary Beckham, the idyllic estate can be regularly spotted in the background of the family’s various Instagram feeds and TikTok snippets. From a football pitch, gym, swimming pool, tennis courts and Estonian igloo/sauna, to a BBQ tent, beehives, orchards, chickens and a treehouse, this house really has it all. Located near Chipping Norton, their home is only a stone’s throw from the celebrity-loved Soho Farmhouse.

Dubai Villa

In 2003, the power couple purchased a luxury villa on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah for $1.6 million, complete with access to a private beach and a swimming pool. While they still seem to own the property, they gifted the holiday home to Victoria’s parents in 2009.

Burj Khalifa

Bringing their property portfolio to new heights (quite literally), the Beckhams bought a new Dubai property in the Burj Khalifa for around £5m. Here they can enjoy access to all of the building’s amenities, including four swimming pools, health and wellness facilities, two gyms, a library, cigar lounge, events space, restaurants and grocery stores.

Miami Mansion

In 2024, the Beckhams coughed up $72.3m for a 14,270 sqft mansion in Miami. The nine-bedroom, 13-bathroom abode boasts views of Biscayne Bay alongside a range of amenities, including a rooftop deck, home theatre, gym, infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, and spa.

Oakwood House

Following their headline-making engagement, the young Posh and Becks moved to an apartment in Oakwood House in 1998. Located in the village of Alderley Edge, an exclusive enclave outside Manchester, the village was known to be popular with other Manchester United footballers including Cristiano Ronaldo. A Victorian red brick mansion (reportedly purchased for about $400,000 and decorated in a range of garish animal prints), the property was sold by the Beckhams in 2002 for $740,000 following the birth of Brooklyn in 1999.

Rowneybury House AKA Beckingham Palace

Dubbed ‘Beckingham Palace’ by the media, the couple originally purchased the former children’s home for £2.5m. Pouring nearly £3m into the renovation, the 24-acre estate featured seven bedrooms, each with its own theme. The grounds included tennis courts, a professional-grade football pitch, an indoor pool, a recording studio, a hedge maze and ‘fake ancient ruins that form a children’s playground’. Inside, Posh styled the house up with a boudoir-themed bedroom featuring leopard print and ceiling mirrors, alongside a Disney-themed nursery. Living there for about 15 years, the couple eventually sold Beckingham Palace in 2014 to insurance tycoon Neil Utley for around £11.5m.

Heawood Hall Estate

Coinciding with Victoria’s second pregnancy, the Beckhams bought up a £1.25m converted barn named Heawood Hall Estate in the village of Nether Alderley in Cheshire. The property, dating back to 1720, featured five bedrooms and a 35ft indoor swimming pool housed in a barn structure with red brick walls, vaulted ceilings, and exposed timber beams. Brooklyn and Romeo (born in 2002) spent their early years here, while Cruz just arrived before the family’s 2005 departure. The property, however, didn’t go up for sale until 2012.

South Of France Villa

In 2003, Posh and Becks purchased a six-bedroom villa in their favourite holiday spot, Côte d’Azur in the south of France. Nestled within 200 acres of rolling hills, the 19th century mansion was purchased for around £1.5m. Alongside its gardens and expansive lawns, the property offers landscape views, an infinity pool, a pool house, farmhouse guest quarters and a chapel. Meanwhile, the 6,500 sqft house offers up a gothic vibe with wood beam ceilings, pointed arch doorways, chandeliers and deep black-purple hues. Following around £5m worth of renovations, the Beckhams eventually put the property on market for around £2.4m, but it remains unclear if it was ever sold.

A Madrid Retreat

Despite David joining Real Madrid in 2003, the couple only rented for their first two years in Spain. Eventually buying up a two-storey, five-bedroom Tuscan-style villa in the La Moraleja region, the property features a tennis court, outdoor heated pool and small soccer pitch. Although they spent thousands on renovations (with the help of a feng shui expert of course), following David’s move to LA Galaxy in the US in 2007 the couple were forced to sell in the middle of the Spanish real estate crash. Stuck on the market for eight years, a Madrid businessman eventually offered them £4.2m.

Beverly Hills Palace

Following their move to the US in 2007, the couple purchased a Beverly Hills estate worth $18.2m. The 11,497 sqft villa had six bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms, an elevator, library, and a combo media and music room. The value of the estate almost doubled when they later sold it for $33m in an off-market deal in 2018.

Downtown Miami Penthouse

Located in Downtown Miami, this 10,335 sqft penthouse sits in the One Thousand Museum – a curvy 60-floor skyscraper designed by architect Zaha Hadid. With five bedrooms (and even more bathrooms), the alleged $24m condo offers views of South Beach, a helipad, wellness centre, the pool, a gym, and even ‘custom scenting’.
