The best ones do, and fast. Limited editions are the ones to watch: Chase and Wonder made only 200 calendars this year, and The Newt’s first ever calendar has been made in limited numbers too. Some beauty favourites are known to sell out before December even arrives. If you’ve got your heart set on one, buy it now and thank us later.

Are Adult Advent Calendars Worth It?

Very often, yes. Most beauty and fragrance calendars are worth far more than you pay for them. Jo Malone London’s is worth £595 against a £375 price tag, and ESPA’s is worth £624 for £190. Look for full-size products, not just minis, and think about whether you’ll really use what’s inside. A drawer full of things you’ll never open is no bargain, however good the maths looks.
