Spring into spring (virtually) with the online wellness festival from Battersea Power Station. The annual month-long event usually takes place at the iconic venue, but this year it’s all running online via the website and IGTV. Tara Nash’s Online Workshops

Spiritual psychologist, breathwork facilitator and kundalini yoga teacher Tara Nash is keeping our chakras in balance through lockdown with a whole host of online sessions. New additions to her schedule include Café Conscious: an eleven-week course to introduce principles of spirituality, and Grief Group: a nine-week course related to the process of grieving. And on 27 March, you can participate in Earth Hour by switching off your lights and tuning into a candlelit breathwork class. All proceeds from the class will go towards Friends of the Earth, a charitable trust dedicated to protecting the natural world.
