The Residences at The Langham, London

Property development and design firm Finchatton partnered with Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts to create the world’s first standalone Four Seasons Private Residences. The 250,000 sq. ft. building offers 37 three, four and five-bedroom residences, designed by Finchatton in collaboration with architects Squire & Partners, and provides residents with access to private wine cellars, a spa with a 25m swimming pool, a treatment suite with steam room and sauna, gym, games room, cinema, business suite, crèche, garden library and a private landscaped courtyard. There is also a 24-hour reception and concierge with on-site security monitoring, valet parking, Four Seasons housekeeping staff for common areas, and a Director of Residences.
