The Residences at The Langham, London
Your next home away from home could be in the heart of London’s West End with one of The Langham’s long-stay residences. Described as ‘five star residences with a twist’, The Residences offer all of the characteristics of a luxury hotel but with the added bonus of independence and flexibility. As well as separate living and dining spaces and a modern equipped kitchen, guests will have access to The Langham Club – complete with a personal butler service, breakfast, an all-day food selection, Taittinger Champagne, pressing services and use of a boardroom. Property development and design firm Finchatton partnered with Four Seasons Hotel and Resorts to create the world’s first standalone Four Seasons Private Residences. The 250,000 sq. ft. building offers 37 three, four and five-bedroom residences, designed by Finchatton in collaboration with architects Squire & Partners, and provides residents with access to private wine cellars, a spa with a 25m swimming pool, a treatment suite with steam room and sauna, gym, games room, cinema, business suite, crèche, garden library and a private landscaped courtyard. There is also a 24-hour reception and concierge with on-site security monitoring, valet parking, Four Seasons housekeeping staff for common areas, and a Director of Residences.

Available to book for one night to an unlimited length of time, Cheval Gloucester Park features 98 beautifully appointed, fully-equipped apartments, including three five-bedroom penthouses with views across the city. Residents can enjoy access to a new 12-seater ‘cinema room’ for film screenings and private bookings, an enlarged fitness centre and a living room and reading areas. The group also commissioned bespoke artwork to feature across the residence, with bespoke commissions by Sophie Derrick, Matthew Farrar and Rod Mireau.
