Bettina Campolucci Bordi is an acclaimed plant-based chef, recipe developer, and author of three best-selling cookbooks: Happy Food, 7 Day Vegan Challenge, and Celebrate. With Danish-Tanzanian-Bulgarian heritage and over a decade of culinary experience, Bettina draws from her multicultural upbringing and global travels to create delicious, flavourful, and climate friendly dishes using seasonal, local produce.
