100 Princes Street, Edinburgh

Opening: Spring 2023

Red Carnation Hotels’ first property in Scotland, 100 Princes Street is set to be a celebration of the beautiful city of Edinburgh, the heritage of Scotland and the exclusive address of the former Overseas League. Led by the design team behind the iconic Ashford Castle in Ireland, Toni Tollman, Philippe Bonino and Brian Brennan, this restoration will look to protect and retain the original heart and soul of 100 Princes Street, restoring the original building and its iconic features. Inspired by Alexander McQueen, the design team sought to create a sense of place, working with local artisans to create bespoke pieces including custom-made tartan designed by Araminta Campbell, and a central staircase which features a hand-painted mural by Croxford & Saunders. 100princes-street.com
